Westcomb Financial Group Limited was incorporated in July 2001 and our group commenced operations in June 2000.Westcomb Financial Group Limited's subsidiary, Westcomb Capital Pte Ltd is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to conduct its financial business. In addition to the Group holding the Capital Markets Services License, all our corporate finance staff that provide capital markets advisory services are also holding individual Capital Market Services Representative's License issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Westcomb Financial Group Limited (Westcomb) achieved a significant milestone in January 2004 when it was listed on the Singapore Exchange. In a short span of time, we have grown from strength to strength with our rapid developments in the Singapore capital market; and have since become a significant niche market participant in the financial industry. Westcomb is proud to be associated with many successful listed companies in Singapore as it was the lead manager for their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). We have been ranked the top lead manager for IPOs in four consecutive years from 2002 to 2005 on the basis of number of IPOs lead managed and sponsored.

Westcomb was one of the pioneers in bringing Chinese companies to be listed on the Singapore Exchange. These companies are mainly from mainland China. Since our inception in June 2000, we have successfully listed more than 60 companies on the Singapore Exchange. Profiles of companies include those from Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia and others in the region.
