Corporate Finance Officer
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Corporate Finance Department. This individual will be responsible for the following:
- Managing of IPOs and advisory deals
- Main contact person with the regulatory authorities such as the Singapore Exchange Limited ("SGX-ST")
- Advising clients on the regulations and requirement of the SGX-ST
- Advising clients corporate structure and restructuring
- Assessing the investment merits of each prospective deals
- Coordinate the work of all professional parties including lawyers and auditors
All interested applicants should preferably possess an accountancy degree with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience (previous Corporate Finance experience would be advantageous). We are looking for someone who is a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently within tight deadlines and willing to travel.
